Cancellation Policy
We do not offer any cancellation of donations. However, if you believe that the donation was made in error or without your consent, you can request a cancellation within seven days of the transaction date by providing the details of the donation. We will investigate your claim and cancel the donation after deducting any processing fees, if it is found to be valid.
If you wish to cancel your recurring donation, you can do so at any time by contacting us. We will cancel the recurring donation, and no further payments will be deducted from your account. Any donation already processed before the cancellation will not be refunded.
